Michael Gabriel Returns to Hamilton for More ‘Strings Attached’ Saturday, August 29, 2015


Michael Gabriel is a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter with a riveting concert series emphasizing community building. In ’Strings Attached,' his emotionally fluid storytelling compositions are surrounded with a driving string section and enhanced by local choirs and musicians to create “...a breathtaking coming together of sound.” Marielle Julian - Velvet Rope Magazine.

Michael will play with his core ensemble and feature Hamilton based performers. Sandy Ludwig will play piano and percussion,Trina Nadeau will be on cello and Karen Spithoff on violin. Our special guests will include Jennifer Spleit Landry on viola along with her fifteen-plus string section from Bel Canto Strings Academy and the First Unitarian Church of Hamilton Choir.

The Bel Canto Strings orchestra is very much looking forward to this event! Michael's voice and songs are compelling and the texture with full ensemble is so lush.
