Here’s what’s new in the world of #JUNOS!

Ø  Ray Danniels, prominent Canadian music executive, and manager of Canadian rock trio Rush, will be the recipient of this year’s Walt Grealis Special Achievement Award at this year’s JUNOS.

Ø  Tickets are still on sale for the JUNO Concert Series Presents The Love Song Edition!
o    February 14th at 8PM at Mills Hardware in Hamilton, ON
o    Tickets are $20 in advance via Ticketfly and $25 at the door.
o    Proceeds benefit MusiCounts, Canada’s music charity associated with CARAS.
o    The evening will showcase local Hamilton talent, with 3 new performers added this week: Mimi Shaw, Lori Yates, and Gillian Nicola.
o    Curated by Sonic Unyon, the JUNO Concert Series is presented by the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC) and supported by Exclaim! Media and View Magazine.

Ø  Tickets are still on sale for JUNO Cup presented by Pizza Pizza! Catch NHL Greats take on Canadian Rockers in the most Canadian of ways: a good old fashioned hockey game! Rockers include band members from Billy Talent, Alvvays, Monster Truck, Blue Rodeo, and more.
