Sound Off! Ontario Online Survey Is Now Ready For Your Input

Sound Off! - Ontario: We want to hear from you

Earlier this year, we announced Sound Off! – Ontario, a project that’s all about hearing from artists, as well as industry, about how we can help. The ideas, input, reactions and recommendations that come out of the project will help lay the foundation for the services and support MusicOntario will deliver across the province.

So far, we’ve visited number of cities to hear from local artists and industry about their challenges and needs, and more cities are on the way. To those who have come out and provided their thoughts and feedback, we cannot thank you enough.

But a vital part of the Sound Off! – Ontario initiative is our online survey: a platform for you to stand up and be counted, as well as provide perspective on the things that matter to you most. For us to develop the best programs and services possible, we need to know more about who you are, the work you do, and what role we can play in supporting your career.

Today, we’re happy to announce that the Sound Off! – Ontario survey is live. We encourage anyone and everyone who’s involved in the music sector – artists, labels, manager, promoters, venues, you name it – to fill out the survey. We’ll use that information to help develop our programs and services, in an effort to contribute to creating a more sustainable and prosperous music sector in Ontario. In addition to helping shape the organization, all those who complete the survey will be entered into a draw for a grand prize.

So if you’re involved in the music industry in Ontario and want to help us grow services and programs that are important to you, click here to complete the survey.

Thank you!Sound Off! - Ontario is funded in part by the Ontario Media Development Corporation (OMDC), with additional support from Ryerson University. We’d also like to thank the fine folks over at TicketBreak for their support of MusicOntario and our year-round activities.
